American Southern Bank contracts with outside companies to provide certain specific services. To ensure the confidentiality of your personal information, we require these companies to adhere to the same Privacy Principles adopted by American Southern Bank. These companies are strictly prohibited from using the information for their own benefit, or allowing any other party to access the information.

Personal information is not collected or recorded upon visiting our website unless you logon to Online Banking Services. In the event you send us an email or feedback form, we will retain the information necessary to respond to you. We may collect information about the number of visitors to the different pages and sections of our website to help us evaluate the site and make it more useable and effective. This information does not identify individuals, but is simply numerical data. You can help us maintain the security of your banking information by not sharing your ID or password with anyone, by changing your password regularly, and by remembering to sign off after an Online Banking session.

We do not disclose information about former customers, except as permitted by law.
